Plant communicate

The most common believe today is that a tree is something that stands in nature, like a silence sculpture.

We look at them and see that they changes depending on the time at the year. Some of us just sees them like wood and nothing more.

When we look at flowers we have a kind of different feeling. We can appreciate them and take them home and there we will take care of them.

The year of 1987 I came across a study saying that science had start proving that plants sends signals to each other. The original two studies where from 1983.

In the early 1980s, the University of Washington zoologist David Rhoades was finding evidence that plants actively defend themselves against insects. Masters of synthetic biochemistry, they manufacture and deploy chemical and other weapons that make their foliage less palatable or nutritious, so that hungry bugs go elsewhere.

In that studies they demonstrated that willow trees, poplars and sugar maples can warn each other about insect attacks.

Intact, undamaged trees nears ones that are infested with hungry bugs being pumping out bug- repelling chemicals to ward off attack. They somehow know what their neighbor are experience, and react on to it. The mind bending implication was that brainless trees could send, receive and interpret messages. 

I looked for books and other papers and I found a very old book cold Nanna – Or about the soul life of plants written by Gustav Theodor Fechner. He wrote about the idea that plant can talk to each other.

When Internet arrived I always looked for evidence about plants and if they could talk to each other. 13 September 2016 another book came through and that was “The hidden life of trees” written by Peter Wohlleben. He had detect that trees communicate with each other. They had a secret life that we didn´t know exist.

I was shocked and amazed at the same time. So I harvest everything that came across on internet about the trees secret life´s or plants secret life´s.

I found Rich Marini of Penn’s State Horticulture Department and read their documents.
I came across Richard Karban and his research and also Ted Farmer who could detect electrical signals that plant and trees send to each other. They did that even without visibly contact.

You see first science said that plants talk to each other underground trough their root system but after decades of research they have found that the plant has a kind of internet going on.

And one of them who did start to talk about that was Peter Wohlleben.

Not just Peter Wohlleben talked about that fact, look what Ted Farmer says.

“It’s pretty spectacular what plants do,” said Farmer. “The more I work on them, the more I’m amazed.”

Farmer’s study doesn’t mean that plants have neurons, or brains, or anything like the systems that animals use to communicate. We don’t do justice to them when we try to put their fascinating, alien biology into human terms, he said. But we may have dramatically underestimated their capabilities. As researchers begin to learn the language of plants, they are starting to get a whole new view of the leafy green world we live in.

Then I came across Suzanne Simard. She recent revieled a new book called “Finding the mother tree”

She also say the same thing. Plants and trees do communicate with each other.

So with all these scientist I can talk about the fact that every plant in nature communicate.

Now the big question arise. How can we understand what they say?

With that I do hope that I woke something in you. Maybe to fulfill your dream or desire to understand plants.

Think about it for a while what that could make for you and for your plants that’s around you.

What if you could understand how much and which nutrition your plant would like to have? How you can help them get friends around them and how other plants can protect your plant from pest´s insects?

What if you could ask a plant where it will thrive instead of just planting your plant and then see it be sick and die?

So many questions that you could get answers to simply by asking your plant and get straight answer.

I have done it now for many years and so has many of my friends. I have showed so many people around the world how they can communicate with their plants.

I have made an example how a fruit garden can give more than just fruit. When you plant some friends to the trees they will protect them from harmful insects and you will have the benefit of having fruit and herbs at the same time. I have even made it possible that you can get more economical benefits from your fruit garden. Yes that´s right I have made a clear example on that.
